1. Tell us about yourself and your passion for your work.

 I’ve always had a passion for acting since I was 4 years old. I would always watch Raven-Symoné on ” The Cosby Show” and ” That’s So Raven” and knew that this was something I wanted to do for the rest of my life.

2. What is it about you that got you to where you are today?

What got me where I am today would have to be my positive attitude. I’ve always been a confident girl and I knew something eventually would work out for me in my life. I knew that it wouldn’t happen right away and it would take a lot of hard work and dedication, but it will all work out for the best.

3. Who are your biggest supporters / mentors?

My biggest supporter is my mother. She gave up a lot for me and without her I wouldn’t be where I am today in life. Also my family and friends always support everything that I have done in life and cheer me on.

4. How have you used your success as a platform for your beliefs, as a role model, and/ or paying it forward?

A lot of kids always ask me how to get into the acting business or how to achieve something that they want in life. I always tell them, no matter what happens just believe in yourself and only live for you. Anything that you want in life is possible if you put your mind to it.

5. How has fashion influenced your life?

When I was about 5 years old I would always watch different fashion shows and make clothes for my Barbie dolls, and was obsessed with drawing clothes. Fashion is another thing I want to get my hands in besides acting. Sarah Jessica Parker is one of my fashion inspirations because I love how she mixes different patterns, brings back stuff back from the 70’s/80’s and her looks are always bold and different.

6. What has been your biggest curve ball?

My biggest curve ball would have to be hate. I never knew that at a young age I would deal with it over social media. At first it was hard for me to deal with it and I didn’t know how to, but now it doesn’t even bother me.

7. What advice can you pass on to a young person looking to follow your footsteps?

8. How do you define love?

Love is unconditional, everlasting and sacrificial.

9. Life is full of surprises, what have been yours?

I would have to say starting to travel the world, meeting interesting people and achieving more than I could ask for in life.

10. Where is Skai off to next?

Well I hope in the next years to do more dramatic movies, have a fashion line or work with a major fashion company, and get into directing and producing.

What is your sweetest memory? My sweetest memory would have to be Christmas time because I always love spending time with my family that I don’t get to see that often.
